Corporate Social Responsibility

In ORFISA we think that Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate (CSR or CSR) considers the impact of business action in three dimensions, economic, social and environmental issues, with the main aims of achieving sustainable human development and the consequent generation long-term value for all our stakeholders.

Therefore we believe that the RSC focuses on meeting the needs of stakeholders (employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers, competitors, stakeholders, government, local community and society in general) that are being affected by the activity of our company with a strategic-type approach involving decision making and operations throughout our organization.

Because of this, CSR is not just a new way of thinking in which ORFISA should consider integrating the economic, ethical, labor, human rights, social and environmental issues in our relations with our stakeholders, but is also another new way of doing and should be applied to strategic management, resulting in policies and actions, planned and implemented.

This new form of management should be supported in a new way of relating and interacting with all our stakeholders through an open, transparent and permanent. Taking into account balanced and multilateral needs of different stakeholders, we as managers of the company can increase the efficiency of our organization to adapt to these internal and external demands, and thus achieve greater excellence in our management.

In brief, CSR is a voluntary behavior and does not replace but complement the scrupulous respect by our company to national and international laws that govern our operations. CSR strategy should apply to the entire chain of Securities and cross borders, while respecting the sovereignty, laws and policies and culture of the societies where IKC ORFISA acts.
