CSR - Actions
In ORFISA understand that business must play a key role in the development and welfare of the community.
We also believe in the reconciliation of the same development with social commitment, which is why, over time, we are increasingly involved in different aspects that are relevant to improving our society.
Global Compact UN
The Ten Principles of Global Compact are based on Universal Declarations and Conventions. When launched, the initiative had nine principles, two on human rights based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, four work inspired by the Declaration of the International Labour Organization on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and three on environment with reference to the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development.
In mid-2004 was the need to strengthen existing nine principles with a tenth principle against corruption, based on the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
Human Rights
Principle 1. Businesses should support and respect the protection of fundamental human rights, human rights within their sphere of influence
Principle 2. Companies must ensure that their companies are not complicit in human rights
Labor Rights
Principle 3. Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective right to collective bargaining
Principle 4. Businesses should uphold the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory
Principle 5. Businesses should uphold the effective abolition of child labor
Principle 6. Businesses should uphold the elimination of discriminatory practices in employment and occupation
Environmental law
Principle 7. Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental
Principle 8. Businesses should undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility
Principle 9. Businesses should encourage the development and diffusion of technologies that respect the environment
Fighting Corruption
Principle 10. Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery

Our Commitment to Community
In ORFISA we believe we have a moral obligation to give back to the community of the benefits we get through our business activities.
We know the needs are many, why we have chosen with great care, intermediary institutions dedicated to the welfare of the underprivileged.
Since our inception we contribute to Caritas, an organization of charitable and social assistance which aims to promote integral human development and dignity of all persons who are in a precarious position.

ORFISA has always valued the arts in all its forms of expression, as evidenced by the support, for years, open to different institutions, awards and groups:
