History

ORFISA began operations in 2001 as a result of a partnership between two engineers, Guillermo Ortiz and Javier Aguilar García Figueroa and were later joined by Ignacio Sanz, all with extensive experience in different sectors are a service company associated with the Engineering and Architecture, with the aim to combine the experience of consulting, advisory and management in the field of Construction.

Because of the close collaboration with our customers, there was a need to gradually add more and more specific services, so that should give response to the needs expressed by them. So in 2002 the first service Consultancy Tenders was held with the development of Abandoibarra project in Bilbao. 


This way, the company consolidates and defines its areas providing services in three areas: Research and Projects in Engineering and Architecture, Consulting and Project Management Tenders.

In 2004 ORFISA serves on the implementation of a contract in Cluj-Napoca, Romania being our first international action which would start operating in the area of ​​consulting in international bids. This department has participated in recent years in leading international developments and allowed ORFISA be recognized as a firm with an international scope. 

In 2009, due to the result of international experience, ORFISA put in place a consultancy service to help companies in their international development performing their first works in Latin America and Mediterranean Africa.


In 2010 the company began its internationalization projection of the face not just work mostly for Spanish clients, and thus take advantage advantage of the contacts in the various groups in which we have participated. 
 

In 2011 ORFISA opens offices in Brazil through partnerships with other companies.

ORFISA currently has a dynamic and multidisciplinary team that usually works for multiple companies with the ability to offer services more suited to their needs and has presence in various countries.
