The directorate of ORFISA is aware of the importance in respect to the environmentand its relevance to the company to meet the needs and expectations of its customers, provides the necessary resources to ensure that in the activity, optimal results will be obtained.
Does this by providing an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management based on the requirements established by the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 structured around this Quality Policy and Environment, based on the following principles:
- There is a strong commitment that the development of our business met with established legal and regulatory requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes which relate to environmental issues, and strive to be those requirements whenever possible so that this policy is the framework for setting and reviewing goals and objectives of the company.
- We are committed to understanding the current and future needs of our customers, meeting their requirements and make an effort to exceed your expectations.
- We are compromised to plan our activities to ensure pollution prevention, ensuring the continuous improvement of our performance in the environmental field.
- We are committed to continually improve the effectiveness of the integrated fostering relationships with our customers.
