On September 3 Javier Garcia Guillermo Ortiz and taught a session on International Necocio Tender and EOI in the Executive MBA in Construction and Infrastructure
The main objective of the Executive MBA in Construction and Infrastructure. Towards Sustainable Construction, is to train managers with a strategic vision for the management of companies in the construction sector, providing them with an overview of the business and the knowledge, tools and management skills necessary for successful management.
The program is designed in accordance with the following objectives and action lines:
Provide an integrated view of running a business and functional areas that comprise
Develop the ability to have a comprehensive understanding of the construction sector and the different sectors that usually specializes
Facilitate capacity building and management skills
The main objective of the session is to inform the students for their initiation into the process of participating in international bidding projects and providing an overview of the procurement cycle, from opportunity identification to proposal preparation, through the constitution of multinational companies, from a practical perspective based on real cases. Buscanmos that after the session participants will:
Knowing what the field of international tenders
Determine interest and potential of it.
Delineate the characteristics, procedures and most important operational aspects.
Knowing the initial steps to develop in this market.
Understand the most important practical details in the preparation of proposals.
