This paper aims to present awards data from our European neighbors France and Italy, to analyze trends in the results of awards in recent years, so you can determine which are failing and / or hitting some and others.
This will be analyzed for Spain, France and Italy, individually, allocations of goods, works and consulting services, by sector and by region as well as trends in recent years, trying to explain the behavior of these awards, and justify the amounts and regions in which these take place. Here, we present a joint analysis of the results obtained by French companies, Spanish and Italian, since 2003, and a comparison of regional distribution, was clearly evident how relations with former colonies, and bilateral agreements them, explain most of the awards to businesses Spanish, French and Italian.
