Architecture and Building Projects

Development of mew plant projects in their different phases as well as the work management. Stages:

• Preliminary Plan.
• Basic Project, General Installations and Activities Project and Health and Safety Study. Definition of the building and the necessary installations for the request of Work and Activity License.
• Project design.
• Construction management.
• Safety and Health coordinator.

Engineering associated to Architecture

ORFISA IKC counts with its own team of engineers which develop the necessary works to provide buildings with all of the instalments required by the client and the regulations, satisfying therefore its client’s necessities.

Taking the necessities defined by the client as a starting point and in parallel with the design project, the engineering team redacts the project different services such as the following are included:

• Air conditioning, Ventilation and Extraction.
• Electrical Installation.
• Fire detection and Protection.
• Plumbing.
• Security.
• Etc.

Previously redacted projects are also supervised in the same terms.

Building Manuals

Development of the edification typology summary in the field of architecture and installations, including the complete definition of every elevation, plant and section, as well as the constructive details and the installations that are necessary to define a building in order that a third party could carry out a project involved in an idea previously accepted by the client and takes part in an homogenous overall image.
