• The personal data you provide will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of ORFISA IKC with address at Isla de Java, 24 – 28034 Madrid, in order to manage your communication, carry out an investigation of the reported events, adopt the pertinent corrective measures, and if necessary, inform you about the result of the procedure.
• Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be communicated to any third party, unless they are essential for the investigation of the reported events.
• The legal basis that legitimizes this treatment is the need for the exercise of a mission of public interest, such as the prevention of criminal offenses and the criminal liability of the legal persons that make up ORFISA.
• The data will be processed for the purposes indicated during the period necessary for its investigation in accordance with the provisions of current regulations.
• At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability with respect to the personal data that you have provided, through postal mail to the indicated address, providing a copy of your ID or equivalent document, and identifying yourself as a user of the complaint channel form on www.orfisaikc.com
