PROJECT LNG OF “LA PLATA”. DOCK AND MARINE GAS PIPELINE.
The project involves the execution of three main works: a breakwater and docks for the terminal, a gas pipeline and the opening dredging of the port of Punta Sayago (Uruguay).
Dredging and the pipeline are direct investments. On the contrary the works of the breakwater and docks for the terminal is considered as a contracting of services, where the contractor carries out all the necessary activities and investments to provide the service. The required infrastructure built by the service provider is transferred to the Uruguayan State at the end of the period when it is withdrawn.
ORFISA has developed a preliminary analysis of the design, the feasibility of the project, its constructibility, the analysis of resources needed for construction and analysis of the planning and construction deadlines.
