The ORFISA IKC Management, aware of the importance of the relevance for the company to meet the needs and expectations of its customers, makes available the necessary resources to ensure that, in its activity, optimal results are obtained.
For this purpose, it establishes a Quality Management System based on the requirements established by the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard, structured around this Quality Policy, based on the following principles:

- We are committed to plan our activities in such a way as to ensure continuous improvement of our service delivery performance.
- We are committed to continually improve the effectiveness of the Management System by fostering relationships with our customers.
This policy has been communicated to and is understood by all persons within the organization and is available to all interested parties.
